Runs

All runs begin at the Lisgar Street entrance of City Hall, 111 Lisgar.

NOTICE: The club will be resuming its weekly runs (Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings) in Ottawa on Saturday, 19 June, at 9:00 am, following phase 1 rules (maximum of 10 individuals per group). Reminder: If you plan on running, then exercise with caution, run with up to a maximum of two individuals, wear a mask post run, and follow Ottawa Public Health guidelines. Regular runs are held on Tuesdays and Saturdays, as well as the Women’s* 5 km walk or run on Fridays: the dates are to be determined (*this event is open to all who identify as women, female-identifying, non-binary, and Two-Spirit individuals).

Cancellation of runs are rare, only owing to holidays and hazardous weather. When runs are cancelled, we post a notice on this site and send an e-mail to members.

Besides Regular Runs, we also have Special Runs for those wishing for extra training, running on different days, or trying a new route.

5 km OUT-TO-RUN PROGRAM: We are launching a free 8-week program.

  • Start date is 6 July 2021
  • Two training sessions per week: Tuesdays at 6:30 pm; Saturdays at 9:00 am
